About HVAC Spangle: Heating and Cooling Repair in Spangle, WA
We are a heating and cooling company that does its best work right after something goes wrong: a power surge, a windstorm, a furnace that quits on a cold night. We find the cause, explain it in plain terms and get your home's system running safely again.

How We Approach a Breakdown
Most of our calls start with something sudden. A storm knocks out power, and when it comes back the outdoor unit hums but the fan never spins. A falling branch flattens the condenser coil fins. Snow drifts over a high-efficiency furnace's intake pipe, and the pressure switch shuts the burners down. Each of these has a specific cause, and the right fix depends on finding it rather than guessing.
So we test before we replace. A failed run capacitor, a pitted contactor or a blown low-voltage fuse on the control board can all make a system look dead, and each is a far smaller repair than new equipment. When something truly is beyond repair, we show you what we found, with photos, and explain why it failed.
You get a written quote before any work begins. If we come out to diagnose a problem, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair. A furnace that fails at two in the morning costs you the same as one that fails at noon: our phone is picked up day and night, and we add no emergency or after-hours charges to the bill.
What You Can Expect From Us
- 01
Safety checks before restart
After a surge, a flood or a hard freeze, we look for problems that can hurt someone before we bring heat or cooling back. That means inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks, confirming the igniter and flame sensor work, and checking wiring and the outdoor disconnect for scorching. A system that runs is not always a system that runs safely.

Deep knowledge of Midea equipment
We are a Midea Specialist, so we know that brand's heat pumps, ductless mini-splits and air conditioners in detail, from inverter compressors to fault codes. We work on other brands as well.
- 03
Repairs backed in writing
All of our repairs carry a 1-year labor warranty.
- 04
Your home protected while we work
We carry $1M general liability insurance. On the job, we lay drop cloths at entry points, haul away old parts and leave the mechanical area as clean as we found it.
Our Service Area
Our shop is in Spangle, WA, and we work on homes throughout the nearby area, including Cheney, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Airway Heights and Medical Lake. Each truck is stocked with the parts most likely to fail after cold snaps and summer storms, like capacitors, contactors, igniters and flame sensors, so many jobs wrap up on the first trip.
When a breakdown has you thinking about replacing an older system, we also install furnaces, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, with free estimates on installs and replacements. A new heat pump may be eligible for Avista rebates and a federal tax credit, and we help you file by providing the model numbers, efficiency ratings and installation records each program requires. Our maintenance plans include tune-ups, discounts on repairs and priority scheduling.
