Terms and Conditions
Using This Website
This website belongs to HVAC Spangle, a heating and cooling company based in Spangle, WA. By reading or using these pages, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
The site exists to explain the work we do and how to reach us. It has no accounts, no online payments and no booking system. The only way to contact us is by calling (509) 512-1867.
General Information, Not a Diagnosis
Our pages describe common problems such as a failed capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger or a frozen evaporator coil. That content is general. A furnace or heat pump can show the same symptom for several different reasons, and only an inspection of your actual equipment can confirm the cause. Please do not treat anything on this site as a repair instruction for your home.
Safety Comes Before Reading
If you smell gas, hear a carbon monoxide alarm or see scorching around an electrical panel or outdoor unit, leave the area and contact your gas utility or 911 first. Website content is never a substitute for that step. Once everyone is safe, you can reach us for urgent repair at (509) 512-1867.
Quotes and Service Terms
Descriptions of services, offers and rebate help on this site are informational. The terms for any job, including scope, pricing and warranty coverage, are set when we speak with you by phone and confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
If anything on this site differs from your written quote, the written quote is what applies to your job.
Content Ownership
The text, layout and images on this site belong to HVAC Spangle or are used with permission. You may read, print or share pages for personal use. Copying the content for another business or website is not allowed without our consent.
Limits of Responsibility
We work to keep this site accurate, but equipment models, utility programs and tax credit rules change. We cannot promise that every page is complete or current at all times. To the extent the law allows, HVAC Spangle is not responsible for losses that come from relying on website content alone instead of an on-site evaluation.
Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. We may revise them from time to time, and the version posted here is the one in effect. Questions about these terms can be answered by calling (509) 512-1867.
